Introduction to Pilates
(Adults 18 and up)
A unique blend of strength, flexibility and balance exercises
that will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and unite
the mind and body. Re-create your approach to exercise and
re-educate your body to use correct form and movement, while
using your mind to control your body. Bring a mat, a 10" play
ball and a pair of weights.

ZUMBA
(Adults 18 & up)
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance
themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness
system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training
with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt
the body and maximize caloric output and fat burning. It is a
mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance
steps based on the principle that a workout should be fun and
easy to do.

A multi-level fitness class designed to include aerobic,
muscular and core conditioning. The muscular and core
strengthening program for abdominal and back conditioning will
focus on Pilates and Yoga movements. Bring a mat, sneakers and a
water bottle to class.
