Aqua Fitness

(Adults ages 18 and over) 

An exercise and conditioning program for adults conducted in the water. No swimming ability is required.

Introduction to Pilates

(Adults 18 and up)

A unique blend of strength, flexibility and balance exercises that will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and unite the mind and body. Re-create your approach to exercise and re-educate your body to use correct form and movement, while using your mind to control your body. Bring a mat, a 10" play ball and a pair of weights.

ZUMBA

(Adults 18 & up)

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body and maximize caloric output and fat burning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do.

Adult Exercise

(Adults 18 and up)

A multi-level fitness class designed to include aerobic, muscular and core conditioning. The muscular and core strengthening program for abdominal and back conditioning will focus on Pilates and Yoga movements. Bring a mat, sneakers and a water bottle to class.

Seniors Staying Fit

(Adults 55 and up)

Stay healthy and fit while gaining muscle strength, toning and increasing your range of motion. Mats are needed (weights and dynabands optional). Exercise in air conditioned comfort!
